When I win the football bet, do I still pay the professional a % ?

I won 3 football bets the past 2 weeks. I bought 3 professional picks from ratedpicks.com for $50 each, and I bet them and won them. I really needed the money,and it came in handy so I paid off all of my bills.
Now, I was going to buy another one, but my friend saw me on the website and she was telling me I have to give them a percentage of what I win, whenever I win the picks they tell me to play. I already payed $50 for each pick, and over the last 10 days I bought 3.
I emailed them, and they said they only charge for their analysis and advice, and would NEVER ask for a percentage of my winnings.
So is that how it works or is my roomate right?
Ok, I didnt think I would have to pay a percentage, but my roomate saw on a movie that people did who used a service.
I just didnt want to get hit after I won like 10 games they told me to bet and then I have a bill lol.
